• Record daily financial transactions: sales, expenses, cash flow, purchases—maintain journals and ledgers to trial balance stage.
• Reconcile bank accounts, manage accounts payable/receivable, assist in payroll and salary deductions.
• Prepare regular internal financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet in summary) for part-time finance review.
• Assist finance manager with statutory compliance (e.g. EXICISE, GST, TDS, ESI, EPF filings), audits, and tax schedules.
• Oversee HR administration: staff onboarding, maintenance of attendance/leave, payroll coordination, employee recordkeeping, basic employee queries.
• Support HR compliance: labour regulations, safety onboarding linked to plant functions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in commerce, accounting, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years’ experience in bookkeeping/accounting (preferred), with good proficiency in Excel and accounting software like Tally.
• Strong detail orientation, organizational skills, confidentiality, ability to multitask.
• Good communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and finance lead.
