• Plan, oversee, and coordinate daily production activities: output targets, staffing, yield, and resource management.
• Establish and monitor quality control protocols throughout production to meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain internal audit processes, enforce compliance documentation, and drive corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Collaborate with finance/bookkeeping on inventory valuation and costing, and liaise with HR to monitor production staffing and safety training.

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or science; ideally with experience in FMCG or tobacco-related plant operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment with experience in compliance or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
